As an Audio Visual Technology Entrepreneur, John has closed deals and developed AV solutions for hundreds of commercial projects and special events, and gained a reputation for integrity and technical excellence throughout twenty years of operating an Audio Visual Design/Build firm, and subsequently (leveraging his practical experience and expertise), providing Design & Engineering Consulting Services.

His record includes developing opportunities and securing contracts for Audio-Visual projects with Strategic Government, Aerospace, and DOD customers including the City of Los Angeles, County of Riverside, TRW, Northrop Grumman, SPAWAR, Boeing, US Air Force, Marines & Navy, and support of Defense programs including SBIRS, SBIRS-LOW, NPOESS, MILSATCOM & MILSTAR.

In the Commercial Sector, John has sold and managed projects that provided Integrated AV Systems to Fortune 500’s including Apple, Microsoft, IBM, Mercedes-Freightliner, and Callaway Golf.

John believes in loyal, long-term relationships, and a significant asset is his network of Connections among some terrific people: Customers, Agencies, Prime Contractors, Architects, Manufacturers, Design Consultants, Systems Integrators, Construction Trades, and Specialized Engineers & Technical Freelancers.

In 2006, John secured a multi-million-dollar, multi-year contract for managing technical development & implementation of several interconnected enterprise projects to be housed in the new Los Angeles Emergency Operations Center. The City’s need for expertise and guidance increased and at the customer’s request, he served as their Subject Matter Expert responsible for facility-wide AV technology Vision, Strategy, Design, and Control System Interface Look & Feel throughout most of the five year project.

John’s wealth of technical experience has provided critical added value, allowing him to sustain relationships and support strategic accounts.
